Oh, Brother! is an expansion / campaign (adventure book) for Stuffed Fables. You must own the base game to play

The story is set “years after” the core game. The little girl from the original now has a younger brother, who has acquired some of her old toys (stuffies), and two new companions: Pokey the unicorn and Manny the hand-me-down action figure.

The new narrative revolves around protecting the baby brother from supernatural forces (the “Fall”) — the same kind of dream / nightmare theme from the base game continues.
