Gamers Emporium – Refund & Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange:

Singles Trading Cards (e.g., Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, etc.) – due to the changing prices on singles.

Gift Cards

Opened Sealed Product (e.g., booster packs, sealed board games). Once unsealed, they are considered used and cannot be resold.

Board games/kits with visible signs of modification or missing components.
Time-Sensitive & Limited Products
To protect fairness for our community, a limit may be imposed on a product at any time during the release at discretion and the following items are final sale after the official release date and are not eligible for return or refund:

Prerelease kits, prerelease packs, and event-specific products

Collector boosters, draft boosters, and sealed display boxes preordered set for release weekends.

Limited-edition, promotional, or exclusive releases
- Sale items and Gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Event Ticket Refunds

Event tickets/registrations are refundable if cancellation is requested prior to the event date.

Refunds will not be issued for missed events without prior notice.
Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

If a return is authorized for store credit, the restocking fee still applies.

This helps cover processing, restocking, and prevents misuse of returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
