Necrons: Overlord with Translocation Shroud

A Necron Overlord is a masterful general and powerful android in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, commanding vast Necron legions with cunning and ruthless precision. Retaining their personality and intellect from before their biotransference, Overlords are terrifying, brilliant strategists who rule over many Tomb Worlds. 
Appearance
Metallic and skeletal: The Overlord's body is a sophisticated chassis made of "necrodermis," or "living metal". This provides incredible durability and the ability to self-repair, allowing the Overlord to shrug off devastating damage.
Regal and imposing: While the lower ranks of Necrons are largely uniform, Overlords wear elaborate, archaic decorations that reflect their former glory as ancient Necrontyr nobles. These ornate details often include complex glyphs and powerful, ancient battle gear.
Glowing energy: Arcane, green energy crackles around an Overlord. This energy can manifest as bolts from their weapons or as a menacing glow from their eye sockets, adding to their chilling presence. 
Abilities and traits
Brilliant strategists: With minds preserved for millions of years, Overlords can calculate countless tactical possibilities at lightning speed. Their strategic thinking is almost unrivaled, and only the most potent foes can outfox them.
Immortal and resilient: Their living metal bodies are resistant to all but the most powerful anti-tank weaponry. If damaged, their self-repair protocols allow them to regenerate lost wounds with unnatural speed.
Unrivaled combatants: Overlords are expert warriors, capable of crushing plasteel and tearing a Space Marine limb from limb in single combat.
Command protocols: Overlords project an aura that buffs nearby Necron units, compelling them to a higher degree of combat performance. As long as the Overlord is active, their units benefit from this enhanced control.
Weapons of arcane science: Overlords have access to a variety of ancient Necrontyr armaments that defy conventional understanding, including:
Warscythe: A devastating energy-bladed polearm capable of phasing through matter to cause catastrophic damage at a sub-atomic level.
Staff of Light: A combined weapon and symbol of authority that can fire bolts of searing gauss energy.
Tachyon Arrow: A wrist-mounted weapon that fires a thunderbolt of destructive energy, able to pierce the heart of a mountain.
Royal court: An Overlord is rarely found alone and is almost always accompanied by a Royal Court, which can include lesser Lords, Crypteks, and Lychguard bodyguards.
