The Necrons C'tan Shard of the Nightbringer is scheduled for release on Saturday, January 24, 2026. This new plastic kit updates the classic, older miniature, presenting the ancient Star God fragment in a modern, dynamic, and larger-scale form. 
Description of the Kit
Plastic Model: The kit builds a single, highly detailed plastic miniature, which is described as a stunning, large-scale centerpiece.
Components: The kit consists of 31 plastic components.
Base: It includes 1x Citadel 90mm Round Base.
Design: The model features the Nightbringer in a flowing, robed form with billowing necrodermis, wielding a large scythe, and accompanied by a swarm of scarabs.
Assembly: It is a monopose, "push-fit" style model with no build options.
Painting: The kit is supplied unpainted and requires assembly. 
Lore and Gameplay
Lore: The Nightbringer is one of the most powerful C'tan shards, capable of destroying entire armies by unleashing a scythe-shaped blade of necrodermis and a death-gaze.
Gameplay (40k): The new model comes with updated rules, featuring increased wounds (from 12 to 16) and a 3+ save. It is designed for aggressive playstyles, with abilities like Gaze of Death.
Kill Team: The Nightbringer can also appear in Kill Team as a special non-playable operative.
