A Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) character sheet is a record of a player's hero, containing all the information needed to play the character in a campaign. It tracks the character's abilities, skills, combat statistics, gear, and personal traits in an organized, uniform format. This information provides both the rules and the role-playing cues for a player.
